  • Universal Representative

    Greater Kentucky Credit Union is looking for a people-first, service-minded Universal Representative to join our team!


    In this role, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice) that helps members navigate their financial journeys—whether it's opening an account, applying for a loan, or learning how to use our digital banking tools. If you love helping others and want to grow your career in a purpose-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.


    What You’ll Do


    Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and online

    Open and maintain accounts (savings, checking, certificates)

    Perform teller transactions and resolve member questions

    Educate members on credit union products and digital tools

    Process and present consumer loan options (auto, personal, etc.)


    What We’re Looking For

    2+ years of experience in a credit union, bank, or similar financial setting

    Strong communication skills and a service-driven mindset

    Knowledge of consumer lending best practices

    Comfortable using financial software and Microsoft Office

    High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
