CU 24/7 Online Banking
Designed with your security and convenience in mind, CU 24/7 Online Access provides you with instant access to your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week at no cost. You can view your account balances and transactions, view your check images, transfer money to/from your accounts at other institutions, send and request money from your friends, and much more! It’s easy to enroll - you’ll just need your member number, and the primary member’s social security number and last name.

Visa® Online Banking
Visa Online Banking is now integrated with CU 24/7 Online Banking! With Visa Online Banking, you can view your balance and statement history, make one-time or recurring payments, exchange messages with representatives for assistance, report suspicious transactions, and more. To login to your Visa Online Banking, simply login to CU 24/7 Online Banking and located your credit card on the accounts page. Once you click the credit card, you’ll be directed to a popup window that will automatically log you into see your Visa account. No additional login is necessary, you can just hop in!
There’s not much you can’t do with a mobile phone these days, so it’s no surprise that you can easily manage your finances on it too! Greater Kentucky Credit Union's Mobile Banking can be used any time and from anywhere. Our mobile application can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store, just look up “Greater Kentucky Credit Union” and look for our logo.
From our app, you can check your balances and history, pay bills, transfer to/from your accounts at other financial institutions, setup Touch/Face ID login preferences, deposit checks from wherever you are, change your password, and more!

Our Bill Pay service allows users the ease and convenience of paying bills while eliminating the hassle of writing and mailing checks. You can pay anyone, from the utility companies to your baby sitter, via GTKY’s Online Banking and make one time or recurring payments as you need them. You can even schedule them ahead of time to save you from having to come back later. Bill Pay can be access via the browser Online Banking site from the “Pay Bills” tab or via the mobile app from the “Transfer & Pay” tab. No checks to write, No envelopes to lick, and No stamps to stick. It's just a click!
The Popmoney® personal payment service is our new payment service which lets you send, receive or request money from friends, family or just about anyone with an email address or mobile number*. Popmoney is now a part of our online bill pay service and lets you move money from your bank account to theirs safely and securely, with ease. And Popmoney is easy for your friends and family to use at their bank or at Popmoney.com.
Popmoney is integrated into the Bill Pay system, making it easy to send/request money while you pay your bills. To access PopMoney, you can use the browser Online Banking site from the “Pay Bills” or “Pay People” tab or via the mobile app from the “Transfer & Pay” tab.
To send money, all you need is the name and email address or mobile telephone number of the recipient*. They will receive a personalized email or text message notification that comes directly from you.
If their bank or credit union offers Popmoney, they simply access Popmoney through Online Banking. If their bank or credit union does not offer Popmoney, they can pick up the funds just as easily at Popmoney.com**.
The money will move from your Greater Kentucky Credit Union account to theirs—without having to exchange financial account information with each other.
If you are owed money, you can request it from someone using their email address or mobile number. When you are sent the money owed with Popmoney, the funds will be deposited right into your Greater Kentucky Credit Union checking or savings account that you've designated as your primary account.

Have you ever wished that sending money back and forth between accounts you own at different institutions was as easy as a few clicks? No need to fumble for the checkbook or fill out ACH paperwork when you need to make a transfer! With External Transfers, you can prompt funds to be sent from or received by your GTKY account. With options for one time or recurring transfers, various schedules, and different delivery speeds, you won’t have to worry about funding your accounts anymore. To access External Transfers, you can use the browser Online Banking site from the “Transfer” tab by clicking the “External Transfers” link or via the mobile app from the “Transfer & Pay” tab.
Can the clutter, go green, and save time with E-Statements! Prefer paper copies? You can view or print your statements right from your personal computer. It's a much more secure way to receive your account information! You'll receive an email notification to inform you that your statement is ready to view securely online at your convenience. This way, you'll have all your account information in one easy to access location! All you have to do is enroll through your online banking. Need some help enrolling? Want alerts sent directly to you concerning your account? Sign up for E-Alerts! Set up your preference on your online banking and get regular updates about your balances, alerts about deposits and withdrawals, and when your account hits a certain high or low threshold. You can enroll for either of these services right from your online banking from the Settings menu or Account Detail page.
Call 24 Audio Service
Call 24 is Greater Kentucky Credit Union's 24-hour telephone access line, which allows you to check account balances, transfer funds, and even make loan payments from any touch-tone telephone. To access Call-24, you may call our direct line (859) 231-9300, and select option 1 and then option 1 again, or call directly to (800) 391-8969 and listen for the options to check your balance. We'll ask you for your member number, your audio service PIN, and the last four of your social to make sure it's you. Make sure to know your sub-account numbers as well! You can see these on your statements. Call-24 will prompt you through your account transactions and inquiries as you go - just follow the instructions. You can change your personal identification number (PIN) at anytime. Your PIN should remain secret. If you do not know your PIN, contact us and we will set you up with a new one.
