    CU 24/7 Online Banking

    Designed with your security and convenience in mind, CU 24/7 Online Access provides you with instant access to your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This free service allows you to access your account through your PC or mobile browser in a secure environment. You may view your account balances, view transactions, view your check images, transfer money between your accounts, make cross account transfers (spouse & children's accounts), send or receive Credit Union emails and so much more! Your can enroll by entering your member number and Call-24 audio service PIN (or the last four digits of your social security number.) For technical support, please call (859) 231-9300 and select option 7, from 9 am to 4 pm ET Monday - Fridays. We're here to help!

    Visa Online Access

    Visa® Online Banking is back and better than ever! Now, you can login through your Greater Kentucky Credit Union CU 24/7 Online Banking to view your Visa® balance, transactions, make payments, and more! Check out our Visa® Online Banking page to learn more about logging in, accessing your card history, and what all your new Visa® Online Banking can do!

    Mobile Banking

    There’s not much you can’t do with a mobile phone these days. So it’s no surprise that you can easily manage your finances on it too! Greater Kentucky Credit Union's Mobile Banking can be used any time and from anywhere. As long as you have your mobile phone on you, you’ll have your account on you too. Enroll your mobile device through your online banking Self Service tab to get started. This way, we'll know that this is the device you plan to access your account on. Just another way we keep your account secure! Then download our free Mobile app on your iPhone or Android to start Mobile Banking! Another way to bank on your cell phone is to use our Short Message Service (SMS). You’ll be able to send short code text messages at any time and receive your account information quickly and securely. It’s a simple and convenient way to get quick account information. You can also set up this option through your online banking Self Service tab.

    Bill Pay

    Our Bill Pay service allows users the ease and convenience of paying bills while eliminating the hassle of writing and mailing checks. You'll save on postage and it's simple to use. You can pay anyone, from the utility companies to your baby sitter, via electronic payment or a check that we create for you, all through this service. Make one time or recurring payments as you need them. You can even schedule them ahead of time to save you from having to come back later. Enroll in our Bill Pay Service by going through your online banking Self Service tab. No checks to write, No envelopes to lick, and No stamps to stick. It's just a click!


Keeping track of your personal banking can sometimes be challenging when life gets hectic. Set up E-Statements so you always have your statements on hand!

  • E-Statements


    Can the clutter, go green, and save time with E-Statements! Prefer paper copies? You can view or print your statements right from your personal computer. It's a much more secure way to receive your account information! You'll receive an email notification to inform you that your statement is ready to view securely online at your convenience. This way, you'll have all your account information in one easy to access location! All you have to do is enroll from the Self Service tab through your online banking. Need some help enrolling?     Want alerts sent directly to you concerning your account? Sign up for E-Alerts! Set up your preference on your online banking and get regular updates about your balances, alerts about deposits and withdrawals, and when your account hits a certain high or low threshold. You can enroll for either of these services right from your online banking from the Settings menu or Account Detail page.

Phone Banking

Don't have a Mobile Phone? Not around a Computer? No Problem! Use our Call 24 Service to check on your account balances, do transactions, and hear transaction history at your convenience!

  • Call 24 Audio Service
    Call 24 is Greater Kentucky Credit Union's 24-hour telephone access line, which allows you to check account balances, transfer funds, and even make loan payments from any touch-tone telephone.  To access Call-24, you may call our direct line (859) 231-9300, and select option 1 and then option 1 again, or call directly to (800) 391-8969 and listen for the options to check your balance. We'll ask you for your member number, your audio service PIN, and the last four of your social to make sure it's you. Make sure to know your sub-account numbers as well! You can see these on your statements. Call-24 will prompt you through your account transactions and inquiries as you go - just follow the instructions. You can change your personal identification number (PIN) at anytime. Your PIN should remain secret. If you do not know your PIN, contact us and we will set you up with a new one.

Pop Money


No more checks or fumbling for cash with our new Popmoney® personal payment service. Popmoney makes sending, receiving or requesting money with just about anyone quick and easy, no matter where they bank*.

  • Pop Money
    The Popmoney® personal payment service is our new payment service which lets you send, receive or request money from friends, family or just about anyone with an email address or mobile number*. Popmoney is now a part of our online bill pay service and lets you move money from your bank account to theirs safely and securely, with ease. And Popmoney is easy for your friends and family to use at their bank or at Popmoney.com.

    Popmoney works through the online banking and bill pay services, using the same systems and security you rely on today.

    To send money, all you need is the name and email address or mobile telephone number of the recipient*. They will receive a personalized email or text message notification that comes directly from you.

    If their bank or credit union offers Popmoney, they simply access Popmoney through Online Banking. If their bank or credit union does not offer Popmoney, they can pick up the funds just as easily at Popmoney.com**.

    The money will move from your Greater Kentucky Credit Union account to theirs—without having to exchange financial account information with each other.

    If you are owed money, you can request it from someone using their email address or mobile number. When you are sent the money owed with Popmoney, the funds will be deposited right into your Greater Kentucky Credit Union checking or savings account that you've designated as your primary account.
