Designed with your security and convenience in mind, CU 24/7 Online Access provides you with instant access to your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  This free service allows you to access your account through your PC in a secure environment. You may view your account balances, view transactions, view your cancelled checks, transfer money between your accounts, make cross account transfers (spouse & children's accounts), send or receive Credit Union emails and so much more!

ENROLL Online by entering your member number and audio PIN (or the last four digits of your social security number).

Go Green! Can the clutter and save time with Electronic Statements. View, print or save your Greater Kentucky Credit Union account statements electronically on your own personal computer with e-Statements.  E-Statements are FREE, and all members have the option of signing up for this service. You'll receive an e-mail notification to inform you that your statement is ready to view securely online at your convenience. 

E-Statements look like paper statements but arrive days earlier than traditional mailed versions. E-Statements will remain available for viewing for 12 months after they have been posted.

Paying bills is easy, fast, and stress-free

Our Bill Pay service allows users the ease and convenience of paying bills while eliminating the hassle of writing and mailing checks. Pay your bills for a small monthly fee through Greater Kentucky Credit Union's safe, simple and guaranteed Bill Pay service. You'll save on increasing postage plus it's simple to use. You can pay anyone, from the utility companies to your baby sitter, via electronic payment or a check that we create for you, all through Bill Pay.  And, for your peace of mind, you can track the status of every bill you pay.

Bills to pay? Click and it's Done. Electronic Bill Pay makes life easy and convenient for you.  There are No checks to write, No envelopes to lick, and No stamps to stick. It's just a click!  

Getting started is easy!

1. Log on to your account via CU 24/7 Online Banking
2. Click Self Services
3. To Enroll, Click on Bill Pay Enrollment and follow the simple steps

The following Relationship Level Accounts qualify for FREE Bill Pay:

  • Gold Level
  • Platinum Level
  • Diamond Level
  • as well as Student Checking Accounts.

Don't wait for the mail.  E-Notices from Greater Kentucky Credit Union are a free, convenient service that provides secure online access to important information about your Credit Union account.  An e-Notice is an electronic copy of a traditionally mailed notice such as overdraft, certificate renewal, NSF, or loan payment reminder.

  • Save time. You'll receive your e-Notice days earlier than a mailed notice. Every time an e-Notice is available, we'll send you an e-mail invitation to view it. The e-mail invitation will provide you with a link to view your notice on CU 24/7 Online Banking. 
  • Avoid clutter.  If you ever need a paper copy, simply print your e-Notice. You can also save it to a CD or to your computer's hard drive for future reference. 
  • Deliver securely.  Don't risk someone intercepting your mail and viewing your personal information.

E-Alerts are a free and easy way to monitor your Greater Kentucky Credit Union accounts. These automated notifications about your accounts are sent to your e-mail when transactions occur. You can choose from many different user-defined account alerts - such as when deposits post, when a check or range of checks clear, remind you of loan payment due dates, or when an account balance reaches a certain high or low threshold, and much more. Getting started is easy!
