Asset Recovery Representative

The credit union is presently seeking an Asset Recovery Rep for our collection department to provide administrative support in the collection of all past due accounts.

This is a full time position with the following qualifications and specific experience:

Knowledge of lending, share draft accounts, debit cards, and VISA cards, related to the function and servicing
Excellent communication skills regarding transactions (overdrafts, charges, fees, fund transfers, closed accounts, etc.) relating to the members' account(s)
Prior collection experience with proven results
Apply and communicate policies and procedures for the department
Ensure compliance of all rules and regulations
Possess the desire to reduce delinquencies and meet all department goals
Assist the Asset Recovery Specialist with all other collection needs
Complete monthly departmental reports

Teller

The credit union is seeking a professional liaison to perform a variety of transaction services within accordance to all policies and procedures. The individual in this position will provide; excellent member service, accurate account information and transactions, will validate and update member information, and perform any other financial needs of the department. Tellers must encourage new business development and participate in cross selling services, special promotions, and member education. Tellers must be friendly, pleasant and courteous to the membership in person and over the phone. Tellers must be able to work at any one of our 3 locations.

Good credit history is required.
